Cork ForumCork City - Birthday Party

I'm heading to Cork City in November for a birthday party. Looking to bring a load of mates down too, so I don't want to disappoint anyone with a bad choice of venue. Down for a Friday and Saturday night in November. Any advice on where the best places to go would be welcome. Need bar advice and food advice.

So to summarise

A great bar with hot girls on Friday night

A great bar to watch Sport on Saturday afternoon a

A nice cheap restaurant that cater for rowdy parties

Finally a great bar for Saturday night that will keep everyone happy until the small hours of the morning.

A couple of free pints in it for you if you can help me out.

Thanks in advance.

I recently took the boat trip out to the bottom of the cliffs from Doolin and this only cost me 10euro. Thats way better value and much more enjoyable and keeps business going for the local guys who run the boats.  And no charge to park my car!

Fermanagh ForumFamily History

As a Family Historian, I have ancestors who came from Ireland, it has taken me 10 years to trace that my grandfather , came from " Parish of Connance. Co.Fermanagh. " this information came from the 1911 census ,could someone give me the location of this village.

On my wife's side, her great grandfather was married in Lougrea, I think he was in the "1st Royal Dragoons" would anybody know if the army had any camps there, where the the got their horses from

Thanking you.
