He said he was constantly taunted by fans about being gay and said his mother no longer goes to the games because fo the stress.
He said he remembers playing against Tipperary in the first round of the championship this year and he is just about to take a free and someone starts screaming into a megaphone: "He's gay he's bent, his arse is up for rent, he's gay he's beng donal og's arse is up for rent."
