Have anyone else noticed these ONE EYED LUNATICS driving around at night. In a period of 15 minutes I counted 24 cars driving at night with just ONE headlight on. Can't afford a replacement bulb ?.......I don't think so, just too bloody lazy to replace the bad eye.
But who gives a s...t ?........certainly not the gardai................................
